Pulse PSA-3000 - setting up a terminal services connection

Hi guys

I'm currently working on a Pulse PSA-3000 running on version 9.1R3 (build 3535).

My aim is to create a brand new realm with its own sign-in policy and resource profiles. Everything is going well and added successfully. I've enabled 2 factor authentication and am able to login to the realm and view the server that I want to RDP to, once logged in.

Here's the problem...

When I click on the server name, it says 'Connecting to 10.20.20.20', then 5 seconds later it says 'Disconnected' and shuts down the terminal server session.

The server I'm connecting to is a Win 2016 server. Is the PSA-3000 compatible with this type of server?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Win2016 server should be supported, do you see any error like "Internal state error occurred" after quite sometime, lets say about 15 to 20 seconds later?

please take a tcpdump and see if we are receiving reply from the win server.
