Pulse Secure 5.2.6 - disable splash screen

You should be able to disable the splash screen on the global configuration on the PCS/PPS server and then publish the change.
when users connect, they will pick up the new setting and it will not be displayed

I was able to remove the splash screening by removing the splash screen resource file at 

/Applications/Pulse Secure.app/Contents/Plugins/JamUI/PulseTray.app/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/SplashScreen.nib
