Pulse Secure 5.3.3 still not working properly on macOS Sierra

I'm puzzeled why it is working on noe machine but not the other. same os version same pulse version.

Does anybody have an idea why?

Maybe looking at the installation logs may help. Also, do the machines have the same environment?

Try reverting back to 5..2.6,  I hav had issues with 5.3.
