Since macOS Catalina 10.15.7 has released we have noticed that recent versions of Pulse Secure Client including the latest 126.96.36.19983 can cause all network connections to fail on the computer even when the client is not connected.
Is there a setting in our default Pulse VPN profile that's causing this or is it a known bug with the latest macOS Catalina security updates?

No, you don't have to actively try to connect to a destination in the PulseSecure client. However, this appeared in some employees Network settings in the last 30-60 days. Image link
