I have Pulse Connect Secure with multiple users conencted via SSL VPN.
If a user forgets their password, is it possible for THEM to initiate a password reset procedure? A self-serivce instead of admin-intervention service?
Pulse Connect Secure is not directly capable of allowing the users to reset their password. Feasible password management activity that a user can do is to change their password using web portal, which will possible only after the user logs in to the VPN.
Indirect approach would be something like having a link created on the VPN signing page which will instructs the user to reset the password using any Internal self-service portal (if you have any).
Internal self-service portal link will be rewritten by the VPN server and will not require any authentication (Anonymous authentication), hence the users can access the link and get access to the internal portal to carry out the reset process.
