Pulse Secure Client for Mac 5.0.3 (44983) -- "Junos Pulse: Turned Off"

Good day everyone,

I am using Junos Pulse on my Mac, and everytime I reboot, the client partially loads.

When I click on the Junos Pulse app in the menu bar it shows "Junos Pulse: Turned Off".

Also the splash screeen for Junos Pulse does not load when my Mac boots up.

Does anyone know what I need to load for the app to work?  I tried the following:

launchctl load /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.juniper.AccessService.plist

launchctl load /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.juniper.pulsetray.plist

But nothing seems to work.

Any Ideas?

I've seen this error and I was able to fix it by reinstalling Pulse Secure while under safe mode.  After you do the reinstall, do a normal reboot then everything should be working normally again.
