Pulse Secure Connection Problem On MacOS

Hello Pulse Secure Community

I use Pulse Secure 9.1.9 version on Macbook Pro Big sur.There is no problem with the first connection but when I disconnect cannot make the second connection without restarting the computer.How can i solve this problem?

This is also a problem with 9.1.10. It seems to be a Big Sur problem, as I'm seeing the exact same issue on Apple M1 Silicon. It works the first time, but in my case, freezes during Compliance Checker for Anti-Virus (although it's connected). If you cancel the Compliance Checker, you lose the VPN connection as well and the app locks up. 

Short recommendation is not to use Big Sur with Pulse Secure until there's a full resolution.

i am using big sur on my non-M1 without an issue

that is something that needs to be done on the role settings on the server. do you have admin access?
