Pulse Secure Desktop in Azure Windows 10 VM

Connection is getting disconnected in Azure VM. Below is the event description.

Connection XXX Pulse - Bangalore India (ID 36ef43e6-3f31-4f29-bcc1-2d48660fc131) is stopping because of transition to context SYSTEM

Any Fix?

I would recommend opening a case with support.
are these users also on Azure? is split tunneling enabled or disabled?
i would also recommend upgrading to 9.1R1 for any Azure or AWS-based appliance so that you can enable source NATting for communication on the Azure cloud with VPN clients.

"Transition to context SYSTEM"  event will appear if the user profile was logged off. Pulse Client will transition to SYSTEM context from USER context to support the machine tunnel process, if there any configured.

Are you using Machine/User tunnel mode? Please navigate to C:\ProgramData\Pulse Secure\Connection Store\connstore.dat and check the connection-identity value for ive:36ef43e6-3f31-4f29-bcc1-2d48660fc131.
