l am using Pulse Secure for uploading documents to a company. However, since my Pulse Secure app updated to 9.1, l am unable to connect to the server due to the Error 1110. l called the company for the issue but they said that everything is working fine for them. So I thought the issue might be my connection or my computer. Here's what l did;
. tried to connect on different days(thought the problem might just "go away")
. I format my computer
. used my cellphone internet to see if there will be a change
. uninstalled the Pulse app and download it
. I put the app on whitelist on Kaspersky Total Security
. I run "Repair Pulse Secure"
. used a different computer (same internet)
. called my internet provides whether they can see any problem
. I have basic knowledge about computer networking, however I checked packages on Wireshark and couldnt see anything wrong
As you can see, I am running out of options. I looked up the forum but I couldnt find ananswer that can help me. So here's my last resort.
Eventhough I might not able to fix it, at least I can contact to the company and point out the problem.
@FadedHat Are you able to access the same VPN server URL from the browser? Can you please PM me the VPN URL?
@FadedHat It seems like the VPN server is pushing the connection (server configuration) with a different URL gt.xxxxxxx as opposed to the one which you're accessing from the web browser garxxxxxxxx
Please create a manual connection on the Pulse Client and use the URL garxxxxxxxx to connect and check the behavior. You can leave the two connections untouched which is already on the Pulse Client.
Sorry, had to post it here since my PM access is not working.
Unfortunately there is no change. l wrote the URL adress to the Pulse App but it could not find any host to connect.
@FadedHat Im getting "page not found" when accessing gt. and gt2. URLs, and garaxxxx is not resolving to an IP address.
Please check with the VPN team and confirm the URLs. It seems like either they were disabled or moved to ZTA implementation.
