Pulse Secure Installation Error

I am an end user who is trying to install Pulse Secure. I get an installation error message "Pulse Secure Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error."

I looked at the error and it looks like the installer thinks that I am running Windows XP when in fact the OS is Windows 7.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Program Compatibility Assistant is disabled.

Are you sure you have the right version between the 32 versus 64 bit installer for your OS?

Try the following:

1. Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Juniper Networks\JSCDT and right click on the JuniperCompMgr.exe file

2. Select Properties and switch to the Compatibility Tab.

Note: If the Compatibility mode settings are greyed out click on the Change settings for all users button

3. Deselect the Run this program in compatibility mode check box and click on Appy. Click on OK to close the dialog.

I could not find the folder. I downloaded a Pulse Secure installer, right clicked and made sure that the file was not in compatibility mode.

Yes. My OS is 64 bit version and I am using the 64-bit installer. So, the 32 bit installer gives me an error.
