Pulse Secure New Install - troubleshooting access

Hi folks,

I have installed Pulse Secure (Hyper-V) VM.  I joined it to my domain, created a connection profile (static IP pool and Manual DNS IP).  I am connected using the Pulse client, receiving an IP address from the Pool successfully and the manual DNS IP.

However, I can not ping (or communicate) to anything on my internal network.  I've also created a Split Tunnel profile and included my internal IPv4 network id: 192.168.32.0/24.  But still unable to communicate with anything.

Any suggestions?

Did you go here? Sounds like you don't have your network defined?

Re: Pulse Secure New Install - troubleshooting access

Just checking if anyone may have a suggestion?  I am getting connected from client, a good IP, same subnet, just can't ping anything or connect to anything.

I am using the Pulse VM behind my Palo Alto firewall with a NAT rule that translates one of my external IPs to the internal IP assigned to the external interface on the Pulse VM (all ports open).  Get's connected, get IP, but can't communicate from there.
