Pulse Secure Service does not start after upgrade 21H2 and 9.1.14 on Notebook

Good Morning,

after we upgrade our test notebooks to 21H2 the Pulse Secure Service stalls after 3-4 reboots and the PCS-Client is not working anymore. Any ideas?
