Pulse Secure Support Licenses

Hi All,

Do l need to apply/or activate a support licenses on the support portal of device GUI for my Pulse PSA when renewed the support (e.g Platinum or Gold Protection Services support)?

Hello Myky,

If the service was renewed on a perpetual license, then no additional action is required. If the service was renewed on a subscription license (if the license has an expiration date), then you will need to generate a new license string on https://my.pulsesecure.net and install the new license on the PCS device.
