Pulse Secure and Adobe Creative Cloud

Hello,

When Pulse Secure connects, Creative Cloud connection no longer works.

Pulse Secure 9.1.9 (4983)

Re: Pulse Secure and Adobe Creative Cloud

Please check if this helps, here's what we have to do in the registry.

Set the NoActiveProbe DWORD value to 0.

Remove the following from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet:

* ActiveDnsProbeContent
* ActiveDnsProbeContentV6
* ActiveDnsProbeHost
* ActiveDnsProbeHostV6

By deleting the above DWORDs, we essentially eliminated the NLA's DNS query check and only rely on its TCP connection checks to validate network connectivity.

Re: Pulse Secure and Adobe Creative Cloud

Just fix this issue already Pulse. No more workarounds.

This has been ongoing with Adobe and Outlook for months if not years

Re: Pulse Secure and Adobe Creative Cloud

when you have split tunneling enabled, are you configuring via exclude routes or via include?
does the OS show internet access?

Re: Pulse Secure and Adobe Creative Cloud

You mean in the Splittunnel policies? There are no exclude and include rules like in KB showen. there only deny and allow.

Re: Pulse Secure and Adobe Creative Cloud

yes, i was referring to the split tunneling networks.
if you change to only include (allow) rules, does it change the behavior?
if you are on windows, do you see a warning that there is no internet connectivity?
