Pulse Secure can't conntect with my 3g connection

Hello,

When I try to connect my Pulse Secure with 3G connection shows this status

Status: Waiting for network
Compilance:

Seconds later...

Status: Waiting to connect
Details: Network Unreachable
Compilance:

I don't know If I need to do any more configurations to enter to the vpn because with Wi-Fi enters correctly.

Any help to resolve will be gratful.

If you take a TCP dump on the PCS & client interfaces, do you see traffic going back & forth?
if you use IP rather than DNS, does it work?

Yeah the traffic traffic is going back & forth.

The problem is that when using an external 3g network I could not connect to the internal DNS.

Therefore I could not use the ip than the DNS.

we are releasing 7.1.2 client for ios by end of the Month which has fixes around network changes and reconnecting.

the problem is that it isn't on a mobile device. I have a laptop with 3g connection. And I try to connect my laptop with 3g through Pulse Secure Client.

In the manual of Pulse I read the next thing:

 With 3G connectivity, the VPN reconnects when the user generates network traffic
 using an application like Safari or Mail.

Is it possible that if there is an application making contact with the network before connecting to the VPN I am interfering the connection?

Use NSlookup when connected to 3G network to get the public IP of the VPN server and try to connect using the IP address instead of hostname.
