One of our users reported that every time he locks the screen and steps away for 2-3 minutes Pulse Secure will disconnect. I tried it on other laptops and it took more than 10 minutes but less than 30 minutes to disconnect after screen lock. Event Viewer shows the following event when I unlock the computer:
The connection .... encountered an error: Network error. System error (10054): An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host Peer address: ....
Event ID is 307, Source is IVE.
I was wondering why Pulse Secure will disconnect so quickly on some computers but not on others? How can we lengthen the time? I am not a Pulse Secure administrator but I may be able to get in contact with someone who is.
I have tried looking for the KB43649 mentioned in:
...but I cannot find it.
