On the connection set (Users>Pulse Secure Client>Connections>connectionSetName>specificConnectionDetail) in the "Connection is Established" section, you will enable/disable the "Enable pre-desktop login (Credential Provider)" option

we are having the same issue with Windows 10 , do we have to recreate the CONFIGFILE or is there something we can modify in registry ?

Please open a ticket for further investigation; there were changes in Windows 10 that may impact this
