Hello Pulse Secure Team,
I need to use Pulse Secure to connect to the client local network. But it is giving an error.
- Please check if you have a personal firewall and an updated antivirus running.
I'm using Bitdefender Total Security. And product updated to version 25.x in the past months. But this version cannot be detected by Pulse secure. When will you make the necessary adjustments for this version? I cannot use the product for 2-3 months

Bitdefender TS 25.x is not supported.
When do you expect support for this version to start?
I am using BitDefender TS 25.x and my company refused to perform a workaround process for me, as such, the only way is to uninstall the AntiVirus and connect which is not feasible in the long run.
When will this support be made available? My company refused to do a workaround and the only way I can connect is to uninstall my Anti Virus, this is not feasible in the long run.
Are you completely pulling the plug on all future Bit Defender products?

I have been using BitDefender for couple of years as well. Looks like they are slacking since this problem was first raised in Sept 2020 but even after almost 10 months, they were still not able to fix it and need us to do a workaround.
