I do not understand why you guys support is becoming TERRIBLE by days, you guys used to be good.
I have a critical network environment which is down and engineers DO NOT respond, even after I asked I wanted to speak to the manager, they say the manager is unavailable.
What kind of support is this?
Your competitors are gearing up on quality and you guys are going down, request you to take measures to have our critical issues fixed with priority.
And have the manager and TL ready for critical situations.
I am a very old customer of Pulse since Juniper and it would be sad to replace your equipment, but if we do not see the improvement we have to move on.
I have spoken to my Sales Engineer who will be in contact.

I would go to say its basically useless. The support staff dont understand English and all technicians are always busy.
