Pulse Secure support has deteriorated so bad in these days.

 

I do not understand why you guys support is becoming TERRIBLE by days, you guys used to be good.

 

I have a critical network environment which is down and engineers DO NOT respond, even after I asked I wanted to speak to the manager, they say the manager is unavailable.

 

What kind of support is this?

 

Your competitors are gearing up on quality and you guys are going down, request you to take measures to have our critical issues fixed with priority. 

 

And have the manager and TL ready for critical situations.

 

I am a very old customer of Pulse since Juniper and it would be sad to replace your equipment, but if we do not see the improvement we have to move on.

 

I have spoken to my Sales Engineer who will be in contact.

I would go to say its basically useless. The support  staff  dont understand English and all technicians are always busy.

No surprise.  I put in a call on Monday and again Tuesday and never received one call back.  I spoke to a customer care person and all they told me is Engineers are in a call right now and will call you back.  Never heard one peep. 

 

It's awful!   I told my boss we should look at another service.  We can't depend on this kind of service especially when Pulse broke our systems in the first place.   I really hope they provide a big discount to everyone for this blunder. 

 

My case is an ongoing case I started on Sunday.  2021-0411-5401
