Hello. When I connect to our VPN, Pulse Secure pops up an authentication window. The window redirects to login.microsoftonline.com. The problem is that it automatically tries to login using the wrong account. I have multiple Microsoft accounts that I use on a daily basis. I have no way of changing the account it tries to login to.
The error is get is:
Pulse Client embedded browser is using Internet Explorer framework, hence please clear the cache and cookies from the IE and try again.
Hi,
I have the same problem. However, I tried to clear the cache/cookies from all browsers but the issue still persists.
Is there any other way to solve this ?
Thank you.
incognito mode?
If you try to access https://office.com from IE, do you see the account gets automatically logged in?
I have the same issue. Also cleared all browsers caches and it persists. Have you solved it?
@digounet When connecting to VPN, do you see IE opening for authentication or an embedded browser inside Pulse Client?
What is the Pulse Client version being used? client >> help >> about >> left bottom corner.
I have a user that gets the same issue. It's an embedded browser inside Pulse client that gives me the same error. He has version 9.1.8 (3143).
Even if I delete all cached data in IE and other browsers the problem still persist. This problem occured not so long ago with this user and no one else have reported this problem before.
@joakimhustvedt Is it happening even after IE reset?
>> On Internet Explorer, click the Tools icon and select Internet options.
>> Go to the Advanced tab.
>> Under Reset Internet Explorer settings, click Reset.
My son now gets this error and can't seem to change the email address that is being used to login. He has tried the 'Reset', has deleted the connection and reconnected, and it still auto-logs on via Chrome using the incorrect email. Cannot find anywhere on how this can be amended??
