I have pulse secure appliance MAG-6610, can I somehow connect to appliance cli to see services logs ? I have tried DMI agent and console but there I can't see what I look for.
The Pulse Secure Applainces are hardened devices and as such, we do not allow shell level access.
What type of issues are you wishing to troubleshoot? We do offer various logs for some services such as SAMBA to assist in troubleshotting. Navigate to Maintenance > Troubleshooting > Diagnostic Logs
