Pulse hangs on 'waiting to connect'

Hi all,

I was able to use pulse vpn fine last night. However, this morning pulse is just hanging on waiting to connect. I have tried restarting my computer, restarting my modem/router, and re-creating the connection. I am not sure what else I can try at this point. Any other suggestions?

Do you have Cisco AnyConnect, Jabber, or other software installed?

I have this same problem since last week for 3 of my users. I opened a new topic for that.
