i am sorry you are still seeing an issue. a case can be opened by logging in to your my.pulsesecure.net account and clicking on the option to create a case.
can you confirm that you are using the most recent version of the client? what version of the appliance software are you using?

what version of the client are you using? on the client-side, that should be working without an issue. which version do you have installed? what version of the appliance is being used?

I'm using Version 9.1.14 (13525).  My Mac is running macos Catalina 10.15.7.

i think it is possible it is an issue on the appliance side. can you open a case with our support team, please, so we can check it?

login to your account on my.pulsesecure.net and there should be an option to create a case from there
