Pulse secure proxy setting

Hello,

I have an issue when configuring the proxy settings.
Whatever option i use, the client sends traffic to internet directly (no split tunneling)
Sometimes it uses the proxy (Zscaler) but i have no response.
I see on my firewall the requests to Zscaler but there is no reply.

Have you ever see that ?''
