Hi guys,

I am running a windows 10 PC but the pulse terminal is giving me the below error.

Pulse secure terminal services client could not be initialized properly. Click OK to exit and retry. If problem persists, please contact Administrator.

Which browser are you trying this with?  I've seen issues on Chrome.  Can you please try a different browser?

I am using Internet Exporer 11, and have the same issue.

Can you confirm with your admin what version of software you are using?

We are also facing same sort of issues to our users. After the COVID-19 issues most of the users are work from home and using the same application to connect the remote desktop. Every body will get the home page easily but initialising Pulse secure terminal services client is full on luck. We could't find a real reason why its happening and can't give a single solution or fix.

Exp:- A brand new desktop with Win10 and antivirus can't able to connect but an old laoptop with Win7 and free antivirus easily initiating PSTSC.

Is there any quickfix solution please.

I HAVE THAT SAME ERROR, IN WINDOWS 10. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS, I HAVE USED EXPLORER, CHROME, REMOVING AND PUTTING ANTIVIRUS .... I DON'T KNOW A LOT OF COMPUTERS, BUT I NEED IT TO WORK, I NEED HELP
