PulseApplicationLauncher error starts while dsssl gets PKCS registry key

After re-installing my Windows 7 (from English to Turkish), I faced with a connection issue. All Windows updates are installed.

Normally I have connected to my corporation's web site using Chrome. Chrome installs required sw. After I hit the "open pulse application" button system waits for a while. Finally it is giving an error. When I looked at the logs, some problems started in this line:

DSSSLSock.cpp:3912 - 'dsssl' Can't open SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\KeyExchangeAlgorithms\PKCS registry key, err=2

After that, some certificate errors:

I have searched knowledge base without success. Any idea about this ?

I am also facing similar issue,you can find log file from below path. please see if you can find someting from it.
