PulseSecure 8.1R12 (build 55809) on SA4500 bcrypt.dll error

After upgrade SA4500 from 8.1R11.1 (build 54323) to 8.1R12 (build 55809) our Windows XP client can not connect,
appear error from dshostchecker.exe "The application has failed to start because bcrypt.dll was not found. Reinstalling
the application may fix this problem."
Removing applcation, deleting files and catalog with Juniper*, reinstalling does not help.

Installed ESAP version 3.1.2.

Windows 7\10 client work fine.

We need help.

Has any one found a solution to this? I am having this issue now in March 2020. I lost access to my VPN and can not log in.
