We are having issues connecting to our client using PulseSecure from our PCs that have Sophos AV installed. We had been connecting fine but within the past month this started to fail stating Sophos End point agent 2.20.11 does not comply with policy.
I found Pulse KB45150 states this is an issue but our client won't let us run the Pulse suggested work-around.
Is there an ETA on an update?
Is there another accepted work-around?

sadly my experience with such a situation is / was as following:
after an windows update host checker pevents login. fact was, the current up to date esap-module version was not able to recognize the windows firewall anymore. after rising a ticket at pulse and an zoom session for clearing the circumstances and some time for generating the fix, we got an updated version of esap module.

We got the samething on ESAP 3.9.8, but going to 9.1R15 and ESAP 4.0.0 it all works great. Sophos version 2.20.11 is now detectable.
