Pulsesecure 5.3.3 client not able to connect and error message 1329 (You are not allowed to sign in)

Hi All,

I have Pulsesecure 5.3.3 client on my PC (Windows 10 Pro) and I am not able to connect, error message 1329 (You are not allowed to sign in, contact you Administrator) appears whenever I try to connect.

 

VPN connection is fine on my mobile, indicating that there is no issue in the VPN gateway

 

I have uninstalled and insatlled the puslesecure many times but it didnt work. 

I am attaching the logs of pulse secure on the below link, can anyone help?

I had a similar issue with Windows 10 Pro, but was getting error 1308.  Did you install Windows Update KB4056892?  This was causing authentication issues with 5.2.5 yesterday.  Once the update was uninstalled, the issue was fixed for the time being.

I actually upgraded from Windows 8.1 Pro, I tried my account on another PC with the same Windows version and upgraded in the same way and the VPN connects fine.

I am really confused even I removed the puslesecure SW and installed it many times.
