R9.1R9 service package invalid

Is anyone else having trouble staging the R9.1R9 service package?  I've downloaded the package a few times now and each time I try to stage it, PCS says the service package is invalid.

Re: R9.1R9 service package invalid

I had to restart the PCS VPN in order for the package to be staged properly.  I was downloading the correct package.  Once I rebooted the PCS VPN, staged the update, I was able to update the PCS VPN to the latest version.  Thanks.

Just curious, how large is the file you are downloading and what is the file name?

Thanks

Are you positive that your downloading the PCS package and not the PPS package?  there about the same size ad i've made that mistake a few times.

@jablonde You might be downloading the Pulse Client package instead of VPN upgrade package. please confirm the filesize.
