I'm currently working a project in which the helpdesk uses RDC/Tivoli access remote clients for troubleshooting. This works fine using Netscreen IPSec with the client connected using NS-Remote, but receive the error "No network provider accepted the given network path" when attempting this with a client connected using Network Connect. Are there any additional configurations necessary to make this work?
I'd do a TCPdump filtering to only the desired client address and see what is occurring. Looks like, for some reason, outbound traffic which is not a response to an inbound packet is not getting to the NC client machine.
