Hey there,
I'm having problems offering RDP assistance to the pulse connected clients , I'm able to reach the PC but after few moments i'm losing connectivity to that PC.
If the user is logging back in the Junos Pulse client is in disconnect mode . Is there any way to keep alive the client connection to SA boxes during RDP sessions ?
If so , what needs to be changed on SA part ?
Thank you.
If you are talking about using full windows rdp into a client desktop, then I don't think you will get this to work.
Full rdp does not support the use of vpn connections within an rdp session so you will be disconnected.
I've used other screen sharing products successfully in a connection, so it may be possible to get the windows domain request remote assistance to work.
Your other option is to use the built in technical support meeting in the SSL vpn. Here you can do a full screen sharing troubleshooting session with the client. This feature would need to be added to your role in the SSL box. A two user license for technical support meetings is included with the box. More simultaneous users needs a license.
anyone ? pretty please
