RDP to server works at home but not on office network

Hi,
whilst connect to the VPN I RDP to 3 servers at home which works fine but whilst on office network I'm  only able to connect to one of those servers. 
Any ideas on what I should check?

Also, all 3 servers are within the same organisation.

Connecting to the VPN is fine with pulse secure, it's the RDP that has the issue..

@Eamon Please take a wireshark on the virtual interface and check if you see RDP packets (TCP 3389) being sent out while accessing the other 2 RDP servers.

Is the route table updated with routes required to reach the RDP servers?

in addition to the above, can you confirm if the IP address of the RDP targets that fail match addresses on your corporate network?
