Yes. There is a plan to sent emails for all security advisories. Currently, all users enrolled on my.pulsesecure.net are automatically subscribed, but subscription system is not in place yet.
Has anything changed with this? We would like to direct emails to a specific address (shared mailbox) so that if the person registered on my.pulslesecure.net is on leave or longtime sick, we can still get the alerts?

you should be able to register that email address as a login account to my.pulsesecure.net using the authorization code you have. that registered email will then receive any email notifications that are sent out
