Radius Auth Failover - Primary to Secondary logging?

Have two Radius servers configured (Primary/Secondary) on SA6500 however I cannot find any log/event data that shows when it fails over or fails back?

If the primary fails, you will see a message that the user could not authenticate to the server and then a success in the user access log
in the events log, you will see a message that the auth server could not be reached
