Random Log In pops up

I am currently running version 9.1.11 on a Windows Server 2012 R2 box. I need the connection to stay open because it is always pulling data through a command prompt. The issue I am running into is that there seems to be a disconnect which I am required to log back in to establish a connection again. This is a pain as we don't want to have someone monitoring this all day. Is there some way to keep the connection up or when it asked for Log In to have this automatically reconnect?

Re: Random Log In pops up

there are several options you can deploy, depending on what your security team says:
- use certificate authentication
- set a maximum session length longer than what you need monitoring
- set a long idle timeout
