Redirect page issue

Hi Guys,

 

I have a strange issue whereby the user logs into the web browser, Pulse starts locally as expected but then the redirect/ landing page defaults to the 'Default' page i.e. The Juniper logo landing page, and not the custom intranet page I have defined in the User Role -> UI Options -> Custom Start Page = intranet.company.com.

 

I have checked the Sign-In Page is correctly assigned to the Realm as well so not sure why it is defaulting to Default page.

 

Any ideas?

Hi All,

 

Just wanted to update this question in case it helps someone else. JTAC advised that the default landing page is by design for Pulse users.

 

Basically, because Pulse is still connecting from my local desktop, it cannot go to the Intranet page until the connection completes - makes sense. So the temporary landing page will be displayed. Once Pulse connects, the user needs to refresh their browser and the page goes to the intranet.
