Remote Desktop launched from dsTermServ doesn't register mouse clicks from external RPA app

Hi,

After recent updates, Remote Desktop launched from dsTermServe.exe Pulse Secure Terminal Services Client doesn't register mouse clicks (on the surface of the desktop) from an external robotics process (RPA) created in Blue Prism application. It's as though there is security preventing that.

Does anybody have any clues?

What's changed is that now Pulse Secure uses a dsTermServ.exe to launch the remote desktop.

There was a 1-day window where jp2launcher.exe application was being used to launch the remote desktop, and the mouse clicks "sent" from the robot would click on the surface of the RD. Prior to that, all had worked fine, too.

So, you meant to say when Java Applet was used to launch RDP connection, it worked and it does not work when using dsTermserv.exe application?

If yes, please check with your VPN admin team for enabling Java appliet for initiating the connection.
