Remotely Anywhere through the Juniper SA2500

Hi,  I am currently experiencing issues getting remotely anywhere to work through our Juniper SA2500.  Logins all work as expected, however when launching the remotely anywhere url, the keyboard is disabled and only the mouse works.  The version of remotely anywhere is 8 and is setup as a web bookmark.  The active x option does not work and it is the html option that disables the keyboard.   Any help would be appreciated.

if you can manage to get the activex class ID and params we can configure the activeX on the SA

Resource Policies -->Web -->ActiveX Parameters

When configuring the Secure Access Service to rewrite a parameter,
you must determine whether the parameter is a URL or host name. The Secure Access
Service does not support any other parameter types
