Roles and Profiles Backup/Copy

Running PCS 8.3R2 and i will be building another redundant PCS. Is there a way i can easily do a copy of the roles and profiles over to the other server?

There is two ways.

Export the configuration from the original server and import in the destination

Maintenance >> Import/Export >> Export XML

then in destination

Maintenance >> Import/Export >> Import XML

Or

Use PushConfig

Maintenance >> Push Configuration

First you need to define your targets

In both cases, you can choose what to export/transfer.

In first case, you can change the XML before import if you need to correct something.

note: in XML export, you can export ESAP and Pulse Client versions, so it could be a big file if you choose them.
