SA 2000 error:

I am receiving a error on the client when it tries to connect the application via SA. The error message is the cookie limit for this domain has soon been reached” .

What could be the reason for this message.

According to what I've found it is a broswer error, and not an SA error.  see the links below.  They explain what the limits are but not how to change them.  You probably need browser support docs for that.
