SA-2500 and MAG2600 compatibilty

We are planning to use MAG as back up device for our SA-2500 but not in cluster, has anyone deployed something similar? Can we use config off SA on MAG and vice-versa , since they both run on same IVE firmware.

Thanks Kita i believe if config from SA can be loaded to MAG  then it should be possible other way round as well.

yes, as long as they are on the same version (or the appliance receiving the configuration can be newer).
