SA 700 Custom Sign-In pages

Hi, We just got our SA 700 and I am wanting to customise the default sign in page or upload a new one. In the custom sign-in pages manual on page 11 it states "

Authentication > Signing In > Sign-in pages >

Upload custom sign-in pages "

However the Upload custom sign-in pages option is no where to be seen! We are running version 6.3R1 of the OS.

Could someone please help.

Hi,

If you click on 'Default Page' you should be able to edit the default page.

If you click on 'new page' button i think you can upload a custom page from there.

Hi, unfortunatly no. There is still no option to upload a custom sign page when you click on default page or when creating a new one. When you create a new one there is an option to upload a custom help file but thats it.

Hi,

Just having a dig around looks like its an advance license feature on the sa 2000,4000,6000. The advance license wasn't available on the 700, so im guessing that feature isnt available.

I dont have access to a 700 so I cant check.

Just found this in the manual

However, note that the following advanced sign-in features are not available on the SA 700:

„ The ability to create multiple sign-in policies
„ The ability to create sign-in pages for Secure Meeting users
„ The ability to create and upload custom sign-in pages to the IVE

ok thanks. does that mean we cant use RSA SecurID tokens ?

Are you looking to use hard tokens or soft tokens?

Should be able to use hard tokens without a problem.
