SA and VMView

Hi Guys

Quick question; im configuring the vmware view desktop through the SA and I have been following the KB but when i get to step 5, i cant see the desktops? It is as if the SA is not able to pull the list of desktops:

any ideas?

What happens when you choose "selected subset?" you won't see the desktops with the default option of "all" (which is what your screenshot shows)

tried it but it is greyed out so i am unable to select the option

Do you get a message that indicates that the desktops cannot be displayed?

When you login as a user, what message I'd displayed? What do you see using the vdi troubleshooting tool?

Choosing from a list of Configuration is only possible if you define a static user/pass in your configuration (Resource Profiles -> Virtual Desktop -> **Profile** -> Resource). This is because to list the desktops, you need a User/Pass and "<USERNAME>"/"<PASSWORD" are only replaced during a login.

For the Windows Login, use the Parameters in the Bookmarks.
