SA2000 - Import Certificate

Hi, I have an issue. My collegeau allready issued a new certificate from our supplier, without renewing the old one ( this is at a previous reseller ). But how do I get this PEM certificate uploaded? I do not have a private key, as I never have created a CSR. Please advice.

how was the csr/certificate created? you should have access to that file; without that, it will not be possible to import

You must create the CSR with the IVE and sign this one. It gets the status "pending request" until you install the signed certificate.
