Hi All,
I have been trying to upgrade SA2000 from 5.5R to 6.2 but I keep getting this message "Verifying package integrity ................. failed" everytime. I tried using both Firefox and Explorer to download the SA install package but the result is the same and from release note I see that 6.2 supports SA2000...
Thanks,

There is a possiblity that you are trying to upgrade an old SA1000, although it looks like an SA2000.
If that's not the case:in the mentioned posting, you'll find that you you have to upgrade to 6.1 first.
BTW: Please verify that your download's MD5 matches the MD5 hash provided. On the download page, you'll find a link 'MD5' that will provide you with a long string of numbers and characters If you make an MD5 hash of your downloaded file, it should be exactly the same.
For more information see:

If you're on Windows or Mac OSX, you can use the excellent checksum tool Hashtab from Beeblebrox.org
Good luck!

Hi Kalex ,
Yes you are correct, the SA2000 hardware license is SA10 which mean SA1000, and from 6.1 it's not supported.........
Thanks,
My pleasure!
Could you mark this as 'solution'? It might help other people who have the same problem.
Thanks!
