SA2000 issue

probably easy to solve...

My Sa2000 is not putting users on the right page, instead of sending users to the portal page, with links and etc, puts users on a page like https://extranet.xxxx.com/dana-na/auth/url_default/welcome.cgi?p=logo&signinId=url_default

and only displays the logo.

Then user have to delete the dana-na/auth/url_default/welcome.cgi?p=logo&signinId=url_default and then he will receive the correct page, with links and remote desktop acces.

any ideas?

Hi, 

Is the sign in URL for user access is mmaped to a custom sign in page or default sign in page in IVE admin under signin polices.

I suspect the problem to be with sign in page mapped, can you try with default sign in page and update us on  the progress.
