SA2500 certificate

Hi,

I 'm trying to install a thawte certificate in my new appliance. I've successfully added it in the Device Cert option and added Internal and External Port to it. I can also see Thawte in Trusted Server CAs option. But upon signing in, i am still geting the cert error. Any additional config i missed?

If you add one certificate to two different interfaces, isn't it normal to see a certificate warning on at least one of the interfaces? Or did i get something wrong?

Do you get the same error with different types of browsers? What error(s) do the browsers display? Does the Thawte Certificate Checker at https://search.thawte.com/support/ssl-digital-certificates/index?page=content&id=SO9555 provide any additional information?

Does the Thawte certificate require an intermediate certificate to complete the chain of trust? I tried searching the Thawte site for details of an intermediate certificate but all it returned was https://search.thawte.com/support/ssl-digital-certificates/index?page=content&id=SO4163 whioch mentions the need to install an intermediate cert if you have a SGC SuperCert.
