SA2500 on code 7.2.R9 only allowing one remote desktop session through it while user is on Pulse

Has anyone heard of any issues with the 7.2 R9 code on an SA2500?  Trying to support a mac user who is using pulse to vpn in, and then needs to open remote desktop connections to some servers.  Right now they can vpn in, and open a remote desktop connection to the exchange server, but not the webserver.  If they disconnect from pulse and then sign in again and connect to the web server first it will work but then the connection to the exchange server fails.  What logs would I need off the SA that might help me find the problem?

What app does the end user use to connect to a RDP session?

Without junos pulse (going Direct) what is the behaviour?

How is junos pulse configured(split tunneling enabled or disabled)

if Split tunneling enabled what is the split tunneling network?

How does the user connect using a IP address or hostname?

Thanks for the reply, looks like I was able to resolve their issue by having them delete their Junos Pulse application folder on their Mac then try reconnecting and having it reinstall.  I referenced this article:
